Over the last few months we have been taking a deep-dive look at SailGP, the international sailing championship that is quickly changing the face of the sport. This weekend, on 12-13th November, the seventh event of Season 3 of the championship is due to kick off at the Dubai Sail Grand Prix presented by P&O Marinas. The event will be the first to take place in the UAE and the team has created a special superyacht programme to welcome yacht owners to the event. Dubai may well be known for world class restaurants, five star hotels, its iconic glittering skyline and desert adventures, but in recent years the city has developed an international reputation for sporting activities.
