Named Aisha, the all-aluminium superyacht has been conceived by Red Yacht Design and will be built for an involved client with delivery expected in 2024.
The yacht will feature exterior and interior design by Red Yacht Design, with naval architecture also by Red in collaboration with Notilus Engineering, while project management will be overseen by Turkish firm Eureka Yachts.
The design phase took nine months with the owner outlining a brief for “substantial interior volume” without compromising on performance.
To achieve this, Red Yacht Design designed a profile with a raised pilothouse, a wide 9.1 metre beam and an open aft deck with unfolding bulwarks.
Fatih Surekli, the co-founder of Red, describes Aisha as a “sporty-looking” yacht that supports the performance of a 40 metre yacht. “We designed the exterior lines using modern, simple yet sophisticated lines. It was our priority to use wide windows,” he said.
